The assessment centre
Our assessment centre is designed for candidates that have little to no recruitment experience, to give you a feel for the role of recruitment consultant within the Adecco Group and for us to assess your suitability. Throughout the day you will take part in a series of role plays, think "a day in the life of a recruitment consultant".

Attending the assessment centre means that you can be considered for positions across all of the brands within the Adecco Group for the next six months. Hiring managers attend so it's an excellent opportunity for you to meet them and ask questions.
If you are successful?
The training that we offer trainee consultants is unrivalled. Within your first three months you will attend our Academy training course. You will then be able to use the information and knowledge that you have already gained in your first three months to help you to relate the training back to your role on desk.
